Work Order Form
When a customer and service provider agree to a written proposal or contract, the provider may be asked to submit a written work order before performing any particular work for the customer. A Work Order gives both parties a clear understanding of the work to be performed, the cost for the work and can be adapted to any project. A written Work Order will be helpful in the event of disagreements or misunderstandings.
