Will for Married Couples with no Children

This form package contains two "Mutual � and is for use by a married couple (husband and wife) with no children. The Wills distribute the assets of the Husband to the Wife and the assets of the Wife to the Husband. It also has a provision dealing with situations of simultaneous death of both husband and wife. If the Spouse does not survive the Testator/Testatrix (i.e. man or woman making the will) the assets will go to other beneficiary(ies).
