Voting Trust Agreement - 3rd Party Determines Vote

This Voting Trust Agreement (Third Party Determines Vote) is between a shareholder, voting trustee and a third party. This agreement allows the voting trustee to vote shareholder's shares according to the wishes of a third party. It also sets out the number of shares owned by shareholder, how shares will be delivered and voting trustee's right to vote the shares according to instructions by the third party.
