Voters Agreement

This Voters Agreement is between a limited liability company and the holders of the shares of the company. This agreement sets out that the shareholders agree to vote their entire ownership percentage regarding any transactions contemplated by the company. It also sets out the restrictions on transfers of shares and proxies by the holders. It is imperative that this agreement be set out in writing rather than via oral agreement. (continued ...)
