Trademark Assignment

This Trademark Assignment Agreement is between the owner of a trademark (the "assignor") and a party to whom all rights in a trademark will be assigned (the "assignee"). This agreement sets forth the exact mark(s) to be assigned and that all rights, title and interest in the trademarks will now be the property of the assignee. It also sets forth assignor's right to assign and his or her continuing obligations with regard to the trademarks. It is imperative that this agreement be memorialized in writing rather than via oral agreement. (continued ...)
