Using someone’s likeness without obtaining their consent is illegal, and constitutes an invasion of privacy. Without documenting proper consent, you could be subject to lawsuits and payment of damages. To obtain permission to use the likeness, performance [video, film, photos, etc], or picture of another for advertising, trade or other lawful purposes you will need a properly executed Talent/Model Release.
