Stock Option Plan (Employee Equity Incentive Plan)

This Stock Option Plan (also known as an Equity Plan or Equity Incentive Plan) is designed to retain and reward directors, executives, consultants and selected employees for making contributions to the success of the company through the issuance of company stock. This form contains a detailed list of helpful definitions, how the plan will be administered and who is eligible to participate in the plan. In addition, this stock plan contains information about the price of the stock, medium and time of payment and the exercise of any options.
