Software License Termination Agreement

This Software License Termination Agreement will effectively terminate a Software License Agreement before its expiration date. Software licenses are generally given for a fixed or perpetual term in which the parties are contractually bound. Under certain circumstances both parties may desire to end the agreement prior to the expiration of the term.
