Software Beta Testing Agreement

This Software Beta Testing Agreement is between a company who has developed a new product or software and a recipient who agrees to perform beta testing before the product's commercial production. This agreement allows the recipient to test for minor problems which may occur through users' participation and, with certain limitations, to publish their findings. It contains provisions regarding use of the license and ownership of the product or software.
