Share Purchase Warrant

This Share Purchase Warrant is similar to a stock option agreement; however, this Share Purchase Warrant is granted to a non-employee individual or entity. This agreement sets out the specifics of the arrangement including the name of the corporation issuing the stock, the name of the purchaser and total purchase price.
