Service Agreement (Mover)

A Moving Services Agreement is an agreement between a contractor/mover or moving company, and a client. This type of service agreement is helpful because it provides the terms and conditions of the arrangement. When is the move to take place? Will the contractor guarantee the condition of client’s possessions upon delivery? How much will the contractor be paid? When will payment be due?
