Service Agreement (Janitorial Services)

A Janitorial Cleaning Services Agreement is an agreement between a contractor (janitorial service provider) and a property owner/ tenant (generally a commercial property owner) where the contractor agrees to provide janitorial services to a property/business owner. This type of service agreement is helpful because it provides the terms and conditions of the arrangement. Is the agreement for a fixed term or ongoing? How much will the contractor get paid? How will the arrangement end? What will the janitors be responsible for? When will the cleaning take place? These are all questions that will be answered in the agreement.
