Service Agreement (General)

A Service Agreement is a legal arrangement between a contractor or service provider and a property or business owner when a particular service is being provided. These services can include anything from house painting, gardening, housecleaning or installing a garage opener. It is important to properly document these types of transactions in writing, particularly in situations that lend themselves to casual oral agreements.
