Service Agreement (Electrical Subcontractor)

This Electrical Subcontractor Services Agreement is between a contractor and a subcontractor who is hired to perform electrical work. This subcontractor agreement sets out the terms of the arrangement including the scope of the work, job location and the days and hours the electrical work can be performed and the quality of the workmanship. This agreement also sets forth how much the electrical subcontractor will be paid for the project. It is imperative that this service agreement be set out in writing. A written Electrical Subcontractor Services Agreement will be invaluable if there are disagreements or miscommunications as to the scope of the work to be performed by the subcontractor.
