Service Agreement (Electrical Contractor)

This Electrical Contractor Services Agreement is between a client and a contractor who will perform electrical work. This agreement sets out the terms of the arrangement including the location and the days and hours the electrician can work, the quality of the workmanship and guarantee of materials used. This agreement also sets forth how much the electrical contractor will be paid for the project. It is imperative that this service agreement be set out in writing rather than by oral communication.
