Service Agreement (Carpet Installation)

This Carpet Installation Agreement is between a client and a contractor for the installation of carpeting in either a residential or commercial location. This agreement sets out the details of the arrangement including the commencement and ending dates, hours the installers can work, location of the installation and how much the contractor will be paid. This agreement also sets forth that the contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee of the client.
