Service Agreement (Carpet Cleaning)

This Carpet Cleaning Services Agreement is between a client and a contractor who will clean carpets. This agreement sets out the terms of the arrangement including the location and the days and hours the carpet can be cleaned, equipment provided by the parties and how much the contractor will be paid. This agreement also sets forth that the contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee of the client.
