Purchase Agreement

This Purchase Agreement is between a seller and a buyer who agrees to purchase certain products from the seller. This agreement sets out the specific details of the transaction including the specific products purchased and their purchase price, how the products will be delivered to the buyer and the replacement of any products which are defective.
