Permission to Film Presentation
This Permission to Film gives a producer the rights to film a presentation for another use, such as for training purposes. This permission sets out the exact terms of the arrangement including the identity of producer and the specific purpose for which the presentation is being filmed. It also sets forth that producer shall not sell or reproduce the video for commercial purposes and holds no rights in the video’s intellectual property. It is important that this type of transaction be set out in writing rather than via oral agreement. A written Permission to Film will be helpful in the event of misunderstandings or disagreements regarding the video.
