Notice to End Rental Agreement by Owner

This Notice to Terminate Rental Agreement (Personal Property) is sent by the owner of the property to the individual or company who is renting it. This letter will act as formal notice that the property owner is terminating the rental agreement and that all rented property must be returned to the owner. It also sets out a description of the rental agreement and the personal property, the date of termination, reasons for the termination and the date the property must be delivered to owner.
