This Neighbor or Landlord Complaint Letter is for use when bringing a complaint to your neighbor or landlord's attention. This letter spells out that you are either a neighbor or tenant and the matter for which you are concerned. It also sets out a brief description of the situation (such as a leaking faucet, garbage left in common areas or noise) and that action should be taken immediately to remedy the situation.
