Marathon Release and Waiver

This Marathon Release and Waiver will effectively release a sponsor of a marathon (such as running, bicycling or walking) from any and all claims arising from any injuries, accidents or loss of personal property by a marathon participant. This document includes the name and all relevant contact information for the participant and the sponsor. It also sets out participant's consent to receive any emergency medical treatment deemed necessary while participating in the marathon. A written Marathon Release and Waiver will be beneficial in the event a participant suffers an injury or accident while participating in the event. (continued ...)
