Location Agreement / Location Release

This Location Release is between a production company and a grantor who will permit shooting of a motion picture on his property. This release sets out the specific terms including the identity of filming location, title of picture, right and time of property access and payment for use of the location. It is imperative that this release be set out in writing rather than via oral communication. A written Location Release will prove invaluable in the event of disagreements, misunderstandings or litigation regarding the use of the property. (continued ...)
