Line Fence Agreement

This Line Fence Agreement is between two property owners who agree to build a fence between their properties. This agreement sets out detailed terms, including the commencement and completion dates of construction and the materials from which the fence will be constructed. It also sets forth that the parties agree to share equally in the cost of the fence. It is important that this agreement be set out in writing rather than by oral agreement. (continued ...)
