Investors Rights Agreement

This Investors Rights Agreement is between a company and investors who are parties to a Preferred Stock Purchase Agreement containing a provision that this agreement must be executed. This agreement sets out the terms of the arrangement including the right of first refusal and any restrictions on transfers.
