Engagement Letter - Expert

This Engagement Letter is for use when engaging an expert for consultation in connection with pending or anticipated litigation. This letter sets forth the names of the parties to the proceedings and the nature of the required consultation. It also sets forth the hourly rate to be paid to the expert and who will be assisting the expert with their consultation.
