Distributor License - Software Author to Publisher

This agreement between a computer software author to a publisher sets forth the arrangement between a software author and a publisher who will distribute the software. This agreement sets out whether the license is exclusive or non-exclusive, type of computer hardware on which the software can be used and if the license is for worldwide use, or only in certain geographical regions.
