Distribution Agreement - Non-Exclusive - Long Form

This Distribution Agreement is between a corporation who supplies or manufactures a product and a distributor who agrees to distribute their products on a non-exclusive basis. This document sets forth the specifics of the agreement including the products to be distributed, territory in which the products will be distributed and price and payment terms for the products.
