Demand for Payment on Demand Promissory Note

This Demand for Payment on Demand Promissory is from a creditor or lender to an individual who has signed a promissory note which is due and payable on demand. This demand sets forth the date and amount of the note and the party to whom the note is payable. It also sets forth a formal demand that payment of all monies due, including interest, be made within ten days of receipt (this timeframe can easily be changed in order to accommodate the individual).
