Corporation Function Release

This Corporate Function Release is between a participant and a company who is sponsoring an event or function. This document effectively releases the corporate sponsor or company from any liability due to an accident caused by the over consumption of alcohol at the function. It also holds the sponsor harmless from any claims connected to attendee's participation at the event. Each participant must sign this release in front of a witness prior to attending the event.
