This Contract for Prepaid Funeral Arrangements will effectively set forth the terms of a funeral service and funeral merchandise that has been prepaid for by the deceased (or deceased’s loved ones). This contract clearly sets forth where the funeral services will be held, if a clergy member should deliver the services and if the deceased desires to be interred or cremated. It also sets out any special requests for a memorial or prayer services, type of casket to be selected and specification of any materials to be used in the grave if the body is interred.
