Consent of Seller to Assignment of Agreement of Purchase and Sale

This Consent to Assignment of Purchase Agreement is between the original seller, a property purchaser who has signed a Purchase Agreement and another party who wishes to buy the property under that existing Purchase Agreement. This Consent sets out the seller’s consent for the buyer to assign the Purchase Agreement pursuant to the terms of that agreement.
