Conditional Sale Agreement - Standard Form Format

This Conditional Sale Agreement (Standard Form Format) is between a seller and a buyer (franchisee) for the purchase of equipment over time. This agreement sets forth the name, address and phone number of both parties, the location of the equipment and a detailed description of the equipment. It also sets forth the payment terms, including the amount of monthly payments and the term. It is imperative that this agreement be set forth in writing.
