Composer Letter/Agreement (Low Budget Feature)

This Composer Agreement is between a producer and a composer who will render services to furnish a complete and original musical score for a low budget motion picture. This agreement is set out in letter format and contains the entire arrangement between the parties. Some of the specific terms include the compensation paid to the composer, the “work for hire” status of the compositions and screen credit for the composer.
