California Depiction Release - Life Story with Reversion

This California Depiction Release/Life Story with Reversion Rights is between an individual and a producer who is interested in producing a motion picture based on the subject’s life. This release sets out the terms of the agreement including the amount paid for the rights and the right to use a pseudonym rather than individual’s real name.
