Bike Race Release and Waiver

This Bike Race Waiver and Release of Liability is between a bike race participant and the race holders, sponsors and organizers. This waiver and release effectively indemnifies the sponsor from liability in the event of an accident, death or injury. This form sets out the specific terms of the release including participant's assumption of risk. It is imperative that all bike race participants sign this type of release.
