This Ballot is designed for use when voting on resolutions at a corporate meeting. This Ballot sets out the specific details regarding the nature of the corporate meeting, name of the corporation and date of the meeting. It also sets out the specifics regarding the resolution including its purpose and the official wording of the resolution.
