Authorization and Direction to Escrow Agent

This Authorization and Direction to Escrow Agent is a direction by the authorized agent of an Escrow Agreement to release payment of funds held in escrow. It is important that this authorization be set out in writing and it must be signed by the person who is authorizing the release of funds in front of a witness.
