Apartment Lease

If you are a Landlord and wish to rent an apartment to a Tenant, you should make sure you have an Apartment Lease. This document should be in writing and must be signed by the Landlord and the Tenant(s). The Apartment Lease should clearly state everyone's responsibilities and rights.
