Amendment to Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement

The parties to a confidentiality agreement may occasionally wish to disclose information to a third party which is prohibited under the terms of the agreement. Under these circumstances it is wise to amend the existing confidentiality agreement and it is essential that any amendments be set out in writing.
