Talent & Model Release (England and Wales)

Using someone’s likeness without obtaining their consent constitutes an invasion of privacy. Without documenting proper consent, you could be subject to lawsuits and payment of damages. To obtain permission to use the likeness or performance (video, film, photographs, etc) of another for advertising, trade or other lawful purposes you will need a properly executed Talent/Model Release.
