Service Agreement - Messenger (England and Wales)

A Messenger Services Agreement is an agreement between a contractor/messenger or messenger service and a client. This type of service agreement is helpful because it provides the terms and conditions of the arrangement. Is the agreement for a fixed term or ongoing? How much will the contractor get paid? How will the arrangement end? Will the contractor provide any guarantees for delivery and/or condition of packages sent? These are all questions that will be answered in the agreement.
