Month-to-Month Lease (England and Wales)

This Month-to-Month Lease is for use by a landlord when renting a property (such as an apartment, flat or house) to a tenant on a month-to-month basis. This lease agreement includes all the terms and conditions of the arrangement including the location, commencement date, use of the premises and amount of rental payments and security deposit. This lease also includes a Premises Inspection Sheet and Building Rules and Regulations.
