Finder's Fee Agreement (England and Wales)

This Finder’s Fee Agreement is an agreement between an individual (or firm) that will seek out a business relationship, customer or investment on another’s behalf and make an introduction. This agreement sets forth the finder’s authority and establishes the parameters that will protect the rights and confidential information of both the company and the individuals involved.
