Waiver of Noice - Shareholders Annual Meeting

The governing documents of a company (e.g. bylaws and articles of incorporation) may require that before an annual shareholders meeting is held, notice must be provided. The method and timing of the notice are often specified. There are circumstances, however, where either the company is unable to provide notice or the particulars of the meeting have changed.
