Service Agreement - Translator

A Translation Services Agreement is an agreement between a contractor/translator and a client. This type of service agreement is helpful because it provides the terms and conditions of the arrangement. Is the agreement for a fixed term or ongoing? How much will the contractor get paid, and when? How will the arrangement end? What languages is contractor capable of translating? These are all questions that will be answered in the agreement.
