Service Agreement - General Band

A General Band Service Agreement is between a band/contractor and a client to provide a live musical performance. Having a written services agreement is helpful because it sets out the terms and conditions of the arrangement. When and where will the performances take place? What types of music will be played? How will be band be paid and what happens if one party cancels?
