If it becomes necessary to appoint another person to sell a specific property on your behalf, you can use a Power of Attorney for Purchasing Property (sometimes referred to as a limited power of attorney). This document allows a "mentally" competent natural person to authorize someone else to act on his or her behalf in performing his/her tasks in selling the property. This document is revocable.
