Month-to-Month Lease

This Month-to-Month Lease is for use by a landlord when renting a property (whether it's an apartment, residence or condo) to a tenant on a month-to-month basis. This lease agreement includes all the terms and conditions of the rental agreement including the address of the leased premises, commencement date of the lease, use of the premises and amount of rental payments, security deposit and late fees. This lease also includes a Premises Inspection Sheet and Building Rules and Regulations. This type of agreement should always be set out in writing and signed by both the landlord and tenant.
