Boat Rental Agreement & Release

Before renting out a boat or other water vehicle, it is important to have your customers read and sign a comprehensive rental agreement. This Boat Rental Agreement and Release serves several important functions. First, it ensures that both parties understand what is expected from the rental, the expected behaviour and the risks and dangers associated with renting a water vehicle. Second, it limits the liability of the company renting the water vehicle and prevents the renter from filing a claim against the company in the event of injury.
